Discover our three delicious CAMBOZOLA varieties for every taste, and find out what makes our soft cheese so unique. Dorblu is a blue cheese made using pasteurized cow's milk, made by Käserei Champignon, Lauben / Allgäu, Germany. This soft cheese is mild when young and develops all characteristics of Limburger after maturation. Aged at low temperature, and cold-maturation process, it slowly develops aromatic, consistent and spicy flavour.

The cheese is white-yellow in colour with blue veins throughout the paste. It is still produced by the same (no longer small) company and enjoyed in many different countries.

After returning to Bavaria, he used this knowledge and the rich local milk from the Allgäu to create a Camembert that everyone fell in love with.
