So good. I’ve tried quite a few ‘not quite bread’ gf banana breads. I used ripe bananas (not brown) & pb (instead of almond butter).
Just before leaving for my camping trip to Moab, UT for Memorial Day Weekend, I baked this loaf of Paleo Double Chocolate Banana Bread and brought it with me to share with my friends. Preheat oven to 180°C (160ºC fan) and line an 20 x 12cm loaf pan with parchment paper.
